Mr. Schonegg joined Datashare in 1998 as a desktop engineer where he met Mr. Ohms and Mr. Ping. Mr. Schonegg has eight years of experience and is responsible for the installation and set up of pc’s and severs. He is also responsible for diagnosing pc hardware and software problems. Installation of Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft office products and other third party software.
While employed at Datashare as a Network/PC Engineer, Richard worked as a consultant for the Emmis Communications Year 2000 Assessment Program. He traveled onsite to a number of Television and Radio stations throughout the United States, documenting, researching, and ultimately verifying that equipment on hand was Y2K compliant. Assisted in compiling and configuring the compliancy data for the Y2K documentation given to Emmis Communications. His specialties include:

Mr. Schonegg has CompTIA A+ and N+ certification along with a MCSA in a Windows 2003 Server environment.
Mr. Schonegg is now an engineer with Data Dudes of Indy, LLC.
Mr. Schonegg is a graduate of United States Air Force Technical School for Computer Operations and Liquid Fuels Maintenance Technology. He is a 10 Year veteran of the U.S. Air Force and is currently in the U.S. Air Force Reserves serving at Grissom Air Reserve Base, Indiana.
