We check everyday to insure that the back is functioning. Thirdly you get a guaranteed response time. Our goal is to be addressing the issue within one hour of the call for support but will guarantee the issue will be investigated with four hours. Our engineers will remotely access the situation and then either determine that an on site visit is required or will resolve the issue remotely.
