P3 = Performance Plus Package

PP3 is our Program that provides for Data Dudes of Indy. LLC to be your IT staff. This program is designed for the small business who has developed a need for a more permanent solution to their IT needs. P3 allows for a fixed budget. You pay a quarterly rate that will not change for one year unless you add additional devices. Unlike some of our competitors who my charge you a little amount one month and then take you to the cleaners another month, you know you pay the same amount day in and day out. Those who will benefit the most from the P3 program are those that can not justify hiring their own IT staff but require more support than a general IT consultant.. By using the P3 program will get the benefits of having your own IT staff without the expense. Generally when a company hires an IT person the person usually get very familiar with the network but will lose the broad range of expertise that the DDOI engineers have. This can lead to complacency, The in house person will generally handle day to day activities but will not stay current with technology. In this day for a business to stay profitable they need to stay current or their competition will leave them in the dust.

What does your business get with the P3? First regularly scheduled visits. We will make a monthly visit on site and check the systems to evaluate performance, this will include drive space utilization, performance monitoring of the entire system. During these visits we also apply security and application updates. Secondly you get daily monitoring of the system backups. A business can spend thousands on a backup and disaster solution but it needs to be monitored to insure its functioning properly. The time to find out it isn't is not after a disaster but before. We check everyday to insure that the back is functioning. Thirdly you get a guaranteed response time. Our goal is to be addressing the issue within one hour of the call for support but will guarantee the issue will be investigated with four hours. Our engineers will remotely access the situation and then either determine that an on site visit is required or will resolve the issue remotely.

What is covered under the P3 since it is semi fixed cost? More than you think, Any equipment covered under the P3 at the time of signing, all services will be covered. Hardware itself it not covered except by the manufacture's warranty. DDOI will work on your behalf, just as if we were an actual company employee, dealing with the manufacture. If you have a piece of hardware go bad, the time required to fix or replace the hardware is covered. Generally speaking to keep what your business has maintained and operating properly is covered as a fixed cost. If your business grows and you add more pc's or servers the installation is not covered but the P3 contract can be adjusted to include it as part of the maintenance plan after installation.

How much does P3 cost? there are many factors that decide the cost of the P3. The number of servers on the network will affect cost as well as the number of pc's and other devices. Overall condition of the network. A network assessment will be performed to determine the overall condition of the network before a customized price is generated. If you have been using an IT consultant or my friends buddy who knows computers, and they have not maintained your system properly then the cost would be higher. The P3 is designed to allow the business to call for support for every little issue, most little issues are indicative of a larger issue that hasn't been noticed. With every little issue been resolve the bigger issues are usual revealed and corrected improving over system stability and performance.
